Daniel Behle is an artist of remarkable breadth and versatility. With great naturalness, he transcends the boundaries between musical worlds, moving with equal confidence between the opera stage, the concert platform and the Lied repertoire. His wide-ranging repertoire extends from Baroque masterpieces and the major roles of the Classical and Romantic periods to works of the 20th and 21st centuries.
He combines exceptional stylistic flexibility with a distinctive vocal character, a profound sensitivity to text and a remarkable gift for musical expression. As both composer and performer, Daniel Behle also represents a special connection between tradition and the present day.
